PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe technique reducing the possibility that perforation of a gastric wall, i.e. forming a hole in the gastric wall, occurs by endoscopic surgery even though an unskilled surgeon not high in proficiency in ESD commits mistake to erroneously too deeply cut the gastric wall with a high frequency knife or the like.
SOLUTION: An injection tool for an endoscope 100 has an electric heating wire 110 placed along a tubular axial direction of a liquid feeding tube 121 and can heat the liquid feeding tube 121. The forward path of the electric heating wire 110 is disposed in the gap between an outer sheath tube 105 and the liquid feeding tube 121 and wound around the outside of the liquid feeding tube 121 in a helical shape. On the other hand, the return path of the electric heating wire 110 is disposed in the inside of the liquid feeding tube 121 in a linear shape.
