PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container capable of preventing both occurrence of infection between a patient and another person, and a storage space from becoming an excessive positive pressure state and an excessive negative pressure state.SOLUTION: A storage container (100) comprises: a storage part (110) having a storage space (110a) and an inflow port (130a) and a water seal part (150). The storage part (110) includes: an inflow part (130) which can be connected to a tube and a volume change part (140) capable of changing the volume of the storage space (110a). When the pressure in the storage space (110a) is about to rise to a present standard pressure or more, the volume change part (140) deforms the storage space (110a) so as to increase its volume.
