PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invasion prevention fence that eliminates the need for maintenance such as weeding, saves a space and is superior in versatility.SOLUTION: An invasion prevention device comprises a base material 5 and a cover material 6 constituting furring strips 4 and multiple goring members 7 for penetrating through the base material 5. Both of the base material 5 and the cover material 6 have upper plates 8, 14 and lower plates 9, 15 being opposite each other, and also side plates 10, 16 for connecting the upper plates 8, 14 with the lower plates 9, 15. The base material 5 and the cover material 6 are integrated so as to become such a state as the side plate 16 of the cover material 6 covers the upper plate 8 of the base material 5 and the free end side of the lower plate 9, and also the upper plate 14 and the lower plate 15 of the cover material 6 sandwich the upper plate 8 and the lower plate 9 of the base material 5 from above and below.
