The present invention relates to a composition for treating skin inflammation, comprising resolvin D2 as an active component. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a quasi-drug composition, and a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating skin inflammation or hair loss, all of which comprise resolvin D2 or a salt thereof as the active component.
