PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for collecting droppings, a device which is prevented from sliding down even if faced downward and, when a plastic bag is used, prevents the inside of the plastic bag from coming out with droppings, which stably stands up when placed on the ground or the like and enables a user to hold both the device and an umbrella at the same time even when it rains, and which has a lamp for use at night.SOLUTION: When the device is operated facing downward, a laterally vertical and nearly square piece that can be clamped with fingers is erected for the lower holding piece, while a laterally vertical and nearly square piece that is slightly lower and can be caught with a thumb is erected for the upper holding piece, so that the device may not slide down. With the purpose of flushing away droppings and tissue paper first in a toilet, an inner holding piece is provided in the depth of the lower holding piece. With the purpose of stably placing on the ground, the front end part of the piece for pressing the lower plastic bag end is spread. In the one having a lower side finger catch, only the grounding part of the lower side finger catch is partly spread. A handle part and a lamp are attached to the installation part on one side near the center of the upper holding piece, with the upper part annularly shaped to be held with fingers, making an umbrella handle also go through. The lamp is designed to be attachable to and detachable from about the middle of the installation part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】下を向けても器具が滑り落ちず、ビニール袋を使用する場合、糞と共にビニール袋内側が出て来てしまうのを防ぎ、地面等に置く時に安定して立ち、雨天時でも傘の両方を持て、夜間使用のランプを有する糞取り器の提供。【解決手段】下を向けて操作する時、器具が滑り落ちないよう、下側挟み片には指で挟める横方向垂直な略四角形片を立て、上側挟み片には親指が掛けられる少し低い横方向垂直な略四角形片を立てる。糞とちり紙のみを先にトイレに流すのに、下側挟み片の奥に内側挟み片を設ける。地面に安定に置くため、下側ビニール袋端押さえ片の前端部を広くする。下側指掛けがある物については、下側指掛けの接地部のみを部分的に広くする。手提げ部及びランプは、上側挟み片の中央付近の片側に取付け部に取り付け、その上部は環状にして指が掛かるようにし、傘の柄も通るようにする。取り付け部の中程にランプが着脱できるようにする。【選択図】図1
