The present invention relates to an acupressure apparatus for a backrest of a chair, which includes a body part, an acupressure protrusion, and a fixing part. The body part is formed in the shape of octopus feet and located in the backrest formed in a dual structure. The acupressure protrusion is located at a distal end portion of the body part and has a circular shape to protrude outward to produce an acupressure effect. The fixing part is formed on a rear surface of the body part and fixed to a support plate of the backrest to support the backrest at the rear portion of the backrest.
