PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a root canal with high cleaning efficiency by utilizing both the effect of a cleaning liquid jet flow and the effect of bubbles. The present invention relates to a root canal treatment device for cleaning a root canal, a root canal treatment device for filling a root canal, or a root canal treatment device for cleaning and filling a root canal. A root canal treatment device for cleaning a root canal according to the present invention comprises a storage container for storing an externally supplied cleaning liquid or filling, and an ultrasonic wave for applying ultrasonic waves to the cleaning liquid or filling stored in the storage container. An injection port for injecting a cleaning liquid or a filling material to which ultrasonic waves are applied in the storage container around the root canal and an intake port for sucking the cleaning liquid in the root canal or air bubbles in the root canal are formed. A nozzle is included to clean the root canal or fill the root canal with a filling material.
