PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a spout attached to it which is excellent in heat-resistance, pressure-resistance, light blocking performance, gas and water vapor barrier properties, and which can endure thermal sterilization such as boiling and retort processing or the like, and from the outside of which the mixing condition of contents can be visually recognized.
SOLUTION: The easy opening packaging bag 10 is the packaging bag with a spout 4, and comprises a body part 1 which stores contents with its peripheral edges sealed and the spout 4 attached to the body part 1. The body part 1 is formed in the shape of a bag by laminating the inner layers of films and strongly sealing their peripheral edges. An insulation sealing part 6 partitioning a storage chamber 12 for contents from a vacant chamber 2 is made of soft seal at least a part of which breaks away when the storage chamber 12 is pressurized. After the spout 4 is inserted into an opening cut in the bottom seal of the vacant chamber 2, the periphery between the spout 4 and the opening is welded.
