The pants (1) with a waist protection belt are provided with: a waist protection belt (31), (310) detachably attached to a belt cloth (10) portion of the pants (1)； and a pants main body (1a) having a stretchable cloth (15) at a position corresponding to a waist section of a back piece (3).
