The sanitary pad in the present invention comprises: an upper sheet having multi-perforations permeating menstrual flow an absorbing layer disposed underneath the upper sheet to absorb menstrual flow introduced through the multi-perforations and a waterproof sheet which is disposed underneath the absorbing layer and in which the circumference thereof is attached to the circumference of the upper sheet.
