PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost data input device in medical/nursing care that is small-sized and can be carried by each of medical/nursing care staff members such as a nurse or a care-giver, and, without being provided to each patient, etc., can be carried by each of medical/nursing care staff members such as a nurse or a care-giver.SOLUTION: A data input device in medical/nursing care stores biological information data of a patient or a care-receiver in a storage unit of a hospital server 5. A portable input member 1 includes a short-range communication unit 2 for conducting short-range wireless communication with a biological information detection device and receiving data, and a first wireless communication unit 3 for transmitting data wirelessly. A second wireless communication unit 4 conducts wireless communication with the first wireless communication unit 3 to receive data, and causes the storage unit of the server 5 connected by wire to store the input data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】小型かつ低コストであって、看護師又は介護士等の医療・介護従事者が各自携帯することができ、患者等毎に設置するのではなく、看護師又は介護士等の医療・介護従事者毎に携帯することができる医療・介護におけるデータ入力装置を提供する。【解決手段】医療・介護におけるデータ入力装置は、患者又は被介護者の生体情報データを、病院サーバ５の記憶部に保存する。携帯型の入力部材１は、生体情報検知装置との間で近距離無線通信を行ってデータを受信する近距離通信部２と、データを無線送信する第１無線通信部３を備えている。第２無線通信部４は、第１無線通信部３との間で無線通信を行ってデータを受信し、入力されたデータを、有線接続されたサーバ５の記憶部に保存させる。【選択図】図１
