Provided is a method for preparing tea using fine powder, comprises the following steps: washing and drying a raw tea material； forming the fine powder using a grinder； filling a capsule with the fine powder； and putting the fine powder-filled capsule into an extraction device than then releasing tea mixed with water under condition with a high temperature and high pressure. According to the present invention, by acquiring the fine powder from the raw tea material using the grinder, filling the same in the capsule, and then preparing the tea using the high temperature and high pressure extraction device, it is possible to keep inherent aroma and taste that the raw tea material has intact while allowing a user to intake every nutrient and functional components.본 발명은 차 원재료를 세척 및 건조하는 단계, 미분쇄기를 이용하여 미세분말을 형성하는 단계, 상기 미세분말을 캡슐에 충진하는 단계 및 미세분말이 충진된 캡슐을 추출장치에 넣고 고온, 고압상태에서 물과 혼합된 차를 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 미세분말을 이용한 차 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 차 원재료를 자체를 미세 분쇄기를 이용하여 미세분말을 수득하고 이를 캡슐에 충진후 고온, 고압의 추출장치를 통하여 차를 제조함에 따라 차 원재료가 가지고 있는 향 및 맛 등을 그대로 느낄 수 있으며 영양성분 및 기능성 성분을 모두 섭취할 수 있다.
