SOLUTION: In a multiple capsule in which one or more second capsules are encapsulated in a first capsule, the contents of the second capsule and the contents of a compartment within the first capsule and outside the second capsule A capsule in which one contains anthocyanin and the other contains a functional component other than anthocyanin, and the anthocyanin is isolated from the functional component other than anthocyanin by a second capsule film.
