PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change-over type washing machine capable of selectively applying a sterilization washing method by high-temperature steam or that by a sterilization liquid using a single device.SOLUTION: A change-over washing machine A comprises a liquid storage tank 10, a steam conversion tank 20 having an electric heater 22 and a safety valve 21, and a discharge nozzle 30.
