A system for the percutaneous repair of the first (1) and second (2) bone segments of a fractured bone in a patient, the first (1) and second (2) bone segments having an internal surface and an opposite external surface, comprising the system: at least one first (36) and one second (36 ') immobilizers, each having a proximal end (37) and a distal end (39); a reinforcing member (16) having a first opening (18) at one end and at least a second opening (20) at another end, in which the distal end (39) of the first immobilizer (36) can be passed to through the first opening (18) and the distal end (39) of the second immobilizer (36 ') can be passed through the second opening (20); at least one first and second external clamping pieces (22) configured to be arranged on the outer surface of the first (1) and second (2) bone segments, each external clamping piece (22) having a longitudinal channel for the ends to pass proximal (37) of the first (36) and second (36 ') immobilizers therethrough, respectively; and at least one first and second internal clamping pieces (24) configured to be disposed on the inner surface of the first (1) and second (2) bone segments and capable of securing at the distal ends (39) of the first (36) and second (36 ') immobilizers, respectively, to retain the reinforcing member (16) in the first immobilizer (36) and in the second immobilizer (36') and coupling the reinforcing member (16) against the inner surface of the first ( 1) and second (2) bone segments; wherein the first (36) and second (36 ') immobilizers can be received by holes in the first (1) and second (2) bone segments, respectively, to attract the reinforcing member (16) towards the coupling with the first (1) and the second (2) bone segments, in which the first external and internal clamping parts (22, 24) are configured to support simultaneously on the external and internal surfaces, respectively, and secure each other by the first opening (18) of the reinforcing member, and the s
