A manufacturing method of solid-liquid dual-phase species protection gel for microalgae comprises the steps of: taking an algae cell of protected species to mix with an agar gel to form a microalgae gel bead placing the microalgae gel bead into an alginate solution to coat the exterior of the microalgae gel bead with an algae layer then taking out the microalgae gel bead from the alginate solution and drying with natural air, so that the outermost surface of the algae layer of the microalgae gel bead gets slightly hardened due to the drying process, thereby completing the solid-liquid dual-phase species protection gel for microalgae of this invention.一種固液二相式微藻保種凝膠之製法,其步驟包含有:取一欲保種之藻類細胞,與一洋菜膠相互混合而成一微藻膠珠;將微藻膠珠置入於一藻膠溶液中,以使微藻膠珠之外部得包覆有一藻膠層;再將微藻膠珠由藻膠溶液中取出並自然風乾,以使包覆於微藻膠珠之藻膠層最外緣表面會因風乾而略為硬化,如此即得本發明之固液二相式微藻保種凝膠。
