PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mammography apparatus capable of radiographing a portion of the breast of a subject on the trunk side from a line that is set outside the chest wall.SOLUTION: A mammography apparatus includes: a radiography platform 22 for placing a breast C of a subject and an X-ray source having an X-ray focal point for irradiating the breast C of the subject placed on the radiography platform with an X-ray.
