A hair cosmetic comprising: a block polymer (a) wherein two or more blocks comprising a monomer having a vinyl-type functional group are bonded via a linker monomer having a radical-polymerizable vinyl-type functional group and an oxazoline-type functional group (a non-radical-polymerizable functional group), among said two or more blocks, at least one block containing a monomer having a specific vinyl-type functional group water and/or a lower alcoholic solvent (b) a thickener (c1) and silicone (d). A hair cosmetic comprising: the component (a) the component (b) the component (d) a propellant (c2) and a higher alcohol (e).
