In the present invention, provided is a system for enabling anyone to care and check his or her skin in an easy manner wherein a possibility that a far-infrared LED is installed as a default setting is considered since the far-infrared LED can be installed on a smartphone, recently spread in a wide range, in an easy manner and, more specifically, the smartphone is actively applied by using a gyro sensor and a camera which are basically embedded in the smartphone, and the desire of modern people to care for their skin is reflected. According to the present invention, provided is a skin care system using a far-infrared LED applied to a smartphone, the skin care system comprising: a far-infrared LED on/off control unit which controls turning-on and turning-off of the far-infrared LED； a far-infrared LED light amount control unit which controls an emission intensity of the far-infrared LED； and an exposure time control unit which controls the far-infrared LED to be turned on and off during a needed time by controlling the exposure time of the far-infrared LED.최근에 대폭 보급된 스마트폰에 원적외선 LED의 설치가 용이하여 향후 디폴트로 설치될 가능성을 감안하고, 특히, 스마트폰에 기본적으로 내장되는 자이로센서와 카메라를 활용하여, 스마트폰을 적극적으로 이용하고 피부 관리에 대한 현대인의 욕구를 반영함으로써 누구나 손쉽게 자신의 피부를 관리하고 체크하도록 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 원적외선 LED의 점등 및 소등을 제어하는 원적외선 LED 온/오프 제어부, 원적외선 LED의 조사 강도를 제어하는 원적외선 LED 광량 제어부, 원적외선 LED의 노출시간을 제어하여 필요한 시간동안 원적외선 LED를 점등하고 소등하도록 하는 노출시간 제어부를 포함하는, 스마트폰에 적용된 원적외선 LED를 이용한 피부 관리 시스템이 제공된다.
