Disclosed herein is a method for treating a subject with a malignant solid tumor. The method includes administering to the subject at least one chemotherapeutic agent, and administering to the subject a chemotherapy sensitizer in an amount sufficient to enhance the subject responsiveness to the at least one chemotherapeutic agent. According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the chemotherapy sensitizer consists of rapamycin and a substituted quinoline, such as hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine.Linvention concerne un procédé pour le traitement dun sujet atteint dune tumeur solide maligne.
