Provided is an ultrasound treatment system for treating joints by the application of focused ultrasound waves onto a bone surface serving as an affected part, wherein the treatment system is provided with a temperature monitoring function for controlling the radiation intensity. This ultrasound treatment system includes: a focused ultrasound wave imparting unit which is provided on the skin and which radiates focused ultrasound waves toward the affected part； and a temperature detecting unit which provides temperature measurement of the affected part. The temperature detecting unit includes: an electromagnetic wave measuring unit which measures the intensity of electromagnetic waves emitted from the bone surface； and an analyzing unit which analyzes changes in the electromagnetic waves measured by the electromagnetic wave measuring unit to obtain the temperature of the affected part. Furthermore, the ultrasound treatment system is characterized in that the analyzing unit obtains the temperature of the affected part from an electromagnetic change between a pair of electromagnetically changing reference waves which have a time delay and are measured using the electromagnetic wave measuring unit, and which correspond to the pair comprising the emitted focused ultrasound wave provided by the focused ultrasound wave imparting unit, and a reflected wave from the bone surface.L'invention concerne un système de traitement par ultrasons pour traiter des articulations par l'application d'ondes ultrasonores focalisées sur une surface osseuse servant de partie affectée, le système de traitement étant pourvu d'une fonction de surveillance de température pour commander l'intensité de rayonnement.
