PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument set management system that simplifies confirmation of a work content to thereby reduce a burden of a worker and can realize improvement of confirmation working quality.SOLUTION: A surgical instrument set management system 10 includes a first display unit 26 for displaying information on a surgical instrument set 80 and icons 90 associated with the information on the surgical instrument set 80 on a display screen 22, an input unit 28 being input by a worker of the fact that each work content shown in the icons 90 is ensured, a second display unit 30 for displaying the content being input by the input unit 28 on the display screen 22, and a first determination unit 52 for determining whether or not the worker of a current step and the step before one is the same.
