Une partie de broche de la tête d'outil est disposée de manière fixe dans le second canal pour ancrer fermement la partie de broche de la tête d'outil dans le second canal de telle sorte qu'une partie fonctionnelle de la tête d'outil s'étend au-delà d'une extrémité du manche.
