PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control agent and control method effective against post harvest disease that is safe to the human body, and is for preventing the rotting of agricultural products after harvesting, especially fruits etc.SOLUTION: Provided are: a post harvest disease control agent containing vinegar and phosphoric acid as an active ingredient a post harvest disease control agent in which the vinegar is at least one selected from cereal vinegar or fruit vinegar, the mass ratio of vinegar and phosphoric acid is 1:200 to 800:1, and that is applied to the cut surface of harvested fruit at an acid degree of 0.05 to 10 w/v% a post harvest disease control method in which the infection occurs from wounds caused during harvesting of agricultural product and fruits and the post harvest disease control agent is effective for various post harvest diseases, there is no problem also from the viewpoint of food safety, and is inexpensive.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】人体に対して安全であり、収穫後の農産物、特に果実等の腐敗を防止するためのポストハーベスト病害に対して有効な防除剤及び防除方法の提供。【解決手段】食酢及びリン酸を有効成分として含む、ポストハーベスト病害防除剤。食酢が穀物酢又は果実酢から選択される少なくとも1種で、食酢とリン酸との質量比が1:200~800:1であり、0.05~10w/v%の酸度で収穫果実の切断面に適用されるポストハーベスト防除剤。農産物や果実の収穫の際に生じる傷から感染が起こるポストハーベスト病害の防除方法。多種のポストハーベスト病害に有効であり、食品の安全性の点からも問題がなく、かつ安価である。【選択図】なし
