The present invention shows that certain intensive T cells can be induced and maintained by intradermal administration in a subject, thereby resulting in a significant improvement in the condition of the subject. The present invention may be used prophylactically to improve the immune rebalance of a subject and prevent the onset or development of the disease, as well as to improve the recovery of the subject at the therapeutic level. The present invention is particularly suitable for preventing or treating proliferative or autoimmune diseases.
