Disclosed is a formulation, comprising a source of phytochemical comprising one or more polyphenols, a source of omega-6 fatty acids, and a source of antioxidant； wherein the formulation provides a dosage of 1 to 40g of omega-6 fatty acids, a dosage of 25mg-10g of antioxidants, and a dosage of greater than 5mg of polyphenols. Further disclosed is a method of providing nutrition to an individual, the method comprising the steps of: (a) determining for the individual a diet cohort based on dietary preferences and/or a demographic factor； and (b) on the basis of the diet cohort selecting one or more nutritional formulations for the individual, which include at least one formulation comprising a source of phytochemical, a source of omega-6 fatty acid, and a source of antioxidant； wherein the one or more formulations collectively provide a daily dosage of 1 to 40g of omega-6 fatty acids, 25mg-10g of antioxidants, and one or more phytochemicals comprising one or more polyphenols which provide a daily dosage greater than 5mg of polyphenols； and (c) providing the one or more formulations to the individual, wherein the method is not a method of medical treatment or a method of medical prophylaxis.
