FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. To remove the intraocular lens, the lens is cut through by a femtosecond laser and removal of its parts through a tunnel incision. First, a 1.0 mm thick corneal incision is made, through which the viscoprotectant is inserted into the anterior chamber, then under the intraocular lens, then a vacuum ring is placed on the cornea, and the femtosecond laser is mated to the eye through this ring. Partially cut the lens with a femtosecond laser for the entire thickness of the intraocular lens using the following parameters: distance between the spots of the laser beam is 4–8 mcm, the distance between the laser layers is 7–8 mcm, pulse energy 2–6 mcJ, depending on the lens type and concomitant pathology. Then, a femtosecond laser tunnel corneal incision is made with a width of 2.0–2.4 mm, a length of 1,700–2,000 mcm, after which the partially cut intraocular lens is removed through the tunnel incision. In case of a hydrophilic lens, one radial incision is made from one edge of the optical part, not reaching the other edge, with the cut length being 75–80 % of the distance between these edges of the lens, with a pulse energy of 2–4 mcJ. In case of a hydrophobic intraocular lens, two identical, equidistant from the center and from the periphery, produce parallel incisions towards each other, from diametrically opposite edges of the lens, from one edge of the optical part, not reaching the other edge, the length of each cut being 75–80 % of the distance between these edges of the lens, with a pulse energy of 4–6 mcJ. In case of corneal astigmatism, before removal of the partially cut intraocular lens, femtosecond laser formation of one or two arcuate corneal incisions with an energy of 3–5 mcJ by a depth of 80–85 % at a distance of 3.5–4 mm from the center of the cornea, sections are successively opened with a blunt spatula and washed with a water-salt solution.EFFECT: method allows to red
