The invention relates to a device for evacuating fecal and urinary matter, intimately, hygienically and safely. It consists of a long handle, rigid, unbreakable and stable for handling. The curved double part in roundness in prolongation of the handle serves to empty the feces by movements up and down on the vaginal wall anal side and to evacuate the urine by a pressure side bladder, without turning the spatula. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to empty feces and urine in cases of constipation, organ descents or intimate muscle insufficiencies. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'évacuer les matières fécales et urinaires, intimement, hygiéniquement et en sécurité. Elle est constituée d'un manche long, rigide, incassable et stable pour la prise en main. La partie double bombée tout en rondeur en prolongation du manche sert à vider les matières fécales par mouvements de haut en bas sur la paroi vaginale côté anal et à évacuer l'urine par une pression coté vessie, sans retourner la spatule. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à vider les matières fécales et urinaires dans les cas de constipations, descentes d'organes ou insuffisances musculaires intimes.
