PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation of R(+)-N-propargyl-1-aminoindan salt having enhanced content uniformity, and to provide a method for producing the composition and a method for using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided the uses of solid pharmaceutical compositions of R(+)-N-propargyl-1-aminoindan salt having certain particle size distributions.
