The bar has a right twist part (1), and a left twist bar comprising a handle and a metal plate with a straight handle and a left sleeve. The sleeve is extended by a right flat metal part (5) from left, and the sleeve is extended by a flat metal part extending to right, where the right and left twist bars are held in hands. A set of ends of the metal parts is equipped with a set of machined notches (4) in a specific direction.L'invention concerne un système permettant la torsion des tiges rachidiennes in situ lors d'une opération de la colonne vertébrale.
