Provided is a membrane tube releaser for intestinal tract isolation, comprising a tubular shell (1), with one end of the shell (1) being provided with a first opening (11), and the other end thereof being provided with a second opening (13), the shell being internally provided with a membrane tube (31) to be released and further comprising a release body (2), wherein same is arranged at the first opening (11), is connected to one end of the membrane tube (31), and is made of a material that can be digested and absorbed by the human intestinal tract; and an inner tube (41), a middle tube (42) and an outer tube (43) sheathed in sequence and able to move relative to each other, wherein a part of the inner tube (41) is located inside the shell (1) and is connected to the release body (2), a stopper piston (12) located in the shell (1) is fixedly sheathed outside one end of the middle tube (42), and the outer tube (43) is located outside the shell and has one end thereof fixedly connected to the second opening (13). The inner tube (4) and the middle tube (42) are operated to move in an axial direction, the release body (2) is separated from the shell (1), and the membrane tube (31) is detached from the shell and is released at a specified position in the human intestinal tract. The releaser is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, simple in operation, and strong in reliability, will not cause a wound when same is implanted into the human body, and causes no toxicity or side effects for the human body.
