PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assorted frozen dessert having kneadability under freezing conditions, of which a plurality of frozen dessert doughs in combination accommodated in a container can be manually kneaded under freezing conditions at -18°C or lower so as to change to a predesigned flavor different from the flavor of the original frozen dessert doughs .SOLUTION: A plurality of different frozen dessert doughs are filled in a container prior to hardening, such that the interface between the frozen dessert doughs is clarified. After the doughs are frozen and hardened, the assorted frozen dessert has kneadability under freezing conditions at -18°C or lower. The assorted frozen dessert having kneadability under freezing conditions contains the following (1), (2) and (3) in the total weight of the assorted frozen dessert having kneadability under freezing conditions: (1) 0.5 to 5.0 wt.% of fat having an open tube melting point of 5°C to 25°C, (2) 20.0 to 35.0 wt.% of disaccharide or monosaccharide, and (3) 1.0 to 10.0 wt.% of sugar alcohol.
