PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can perform identification of the position of a scleral spur in a two-dimensional tomographic image stably and accurately, in an angle analysis using an anterior eye segment OCT.SOLUTION: In an anterior eye segment OCT, the identification of SS positions of three points or more is automatically accepted (S30), by using two or more representative images among two-dimensional tomographic images passing through the determination (S10-S15) of the presence or absence of displacement of a spatial coordinate position in anterior eye segment three-dimensional image processing (main processing), and a function of showing a reference true circle passing the SS positions of at least three points on the spatial coordinate is calculated (S35). Then, the SS positions (remaining SS positions) and the like in the two-dimensional tomographic images (non-representative images) other than the representative images are identified based on the function of the reference true circle (S40). Further, area images of a predetermined range are extracted (S45) around the identified SS positions (S30, S40), and a determination is made whether the displacement of the identified SS positions is present or not (S55-S65).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6【課題】前眼部ＯＣＴを用いた隅角解析において、２次元断層画像における強膜岬の位置の特定を安定して精度よく行うことができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】前眼部ＯＣＴでは、前眼部３次元画像処理（メイン処理）において、空間座標位置のずれの有無の判定（Ｓ１０～Ｓ１５）を経た２次元断層画像のうち、２つ以上の代表画像を用いて、３点以上のＳＳ位置の特定を自動的に受け付け（Ｓ３０）、少なくとも３点のＳＳ位置を通る基準真円を空間座標上に示す関数を算出する（Ｓ３５）。そして、上記代表画像以外の２次元断層画像（非代表画像）におけるＳＳ位置等（残りのＳＳ位置）を、上記基準真円の関数に基づいて特定する（Ｓ４０）。さらに、特定したＳＳ位置（Ｓ３０，Ｓ４０）を中心として所定範囲の領域画像を抽出し（Ｓ４５）、特定したＳＳ位置のずれの有無の判定を行う（Ｓ５５～Ｓ６５）【選択図】図６
