The present invention relates to a combined pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of dyslipidemia containing ezetimibe and simvastatin in pharmaceutically effective amounts, in the form of a tablet containing ezetimibe with particle size d(0.9) below 10 µm, simvastatin with particle size d(0.9) below 15 µm, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, citric acid, butylated hydroxyanisole, propyl gallate and magnesium stearate as a glidant, wherein lactose is present in the composition in the amount of above 67% by weight and the ratio of microcrystalline cellulose to lactose is from 1:4 to 1:5.
