A kind of flush-type airbed includes two airtight surface layers, two braiding inner layers and plural bracing wire. Airtight surface layer be combined with each other through its respective periphery, and positioned opposite to each other and define a gas chamber jointly. Bracing wire is uniformly distributed what braiding inner layer and respectively includes two opposite ends, and two opposite end of each bracing wire links the corresponding two braidings inner layer of what respectively, and bracing wire equal length to each other. When in air perfusion air inlet chamber, air is full of between what braiding inner layer and bracing wire, therefore braiding inner layer and the pressure that expands outward of bracing wire can be provided, therefore, it is equal to each other through the length of bracing wire and the spacing for weaving inner layer will be kept equal everywhere, achieve the effect that the surface of flush-type airbed is flat, to further provide for comfortable use feeling.一種平整式空氣床包含二氣密表層、二編織裡層及複數拉線。氣密表層透過其各自的周邊相互結合，且彼此相對設置並共同界定出一氣室。編織裡層彼此相對且分別貼附於氣密表層。拉線均勻分布於編織裡層且分別包括二相反端，每一拉線的該二相反端分別連結於對應的該二編織裡層，且拉線彼此間長度相等。當空氣灌注入氣室內時，空氣充滿於編織裡層及拉線之間，故能提供編織裡層及拉線向外膨脹之壓力，因此，透過拉線的長度彼此相等將使編織裡層的間距處處相等，達到平整式空氣床的表面平坦之效，以進一步提供舒適的使用感受。
