PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exothermic article attachable to a human body.SOLUTION: An exothermic article 1 includes: a bag body 3 formed by stacking two sheet materials 30 and 31 and by bonding their outer peripheral edges throughout the entire periphery； an exothermic material 2 sealed in the bag body 3； and a cover 4 disposed on a side of the second sheet material 31 of the bag body 3 so as to form space 5 between the cover 4 and the bag body 3 into which a part of a human body is insertable.
