Disclosed is an apparatus for measuring movement of a neck. The apparatus may comprise: a frame formed of a glass type and fixed to a face of a subject； a first measurement sensor positioned at the center of the lens connecting edge of the frame to measure a tilt angle of a neck； a second measurement sensor positioned on an upper surface of the frame to measure a rotational angle of the neck； and a display positioned adjacent to a first measurement sensor and displaying the neck state information of the subject.
