The present invention comprises: a box shaped main body installing a drug input unit, to which real drugs and placebo drugs are supplied, at an upper part to be able to be opened and closed and forming a drug dispensing button and a drug dispensing hole on a portion of a front side； a drug holding unit connected to a lower part of the drug input unit, having an opened upper part to be able to hold the real drugs or the placebo drugs inputted via the drug input hole and forming a dispensing hole, through which the drugs are dispensed, in a lower part； a drug dispensing unit forming a hole corresponding to the dispensing hole, coupled to enable the hole to communicate with the dispensing hole, connected to the drug dispensing button and the drug dispensing hole and dispensing the inputted drugs through the drug dispensing hole by enabling a user to push the drug dispensing button； and a controller installed on a portion of the main body and connected to the drug dispensing unit to control operation of the drug dispensing unit.
