To provide an LED fish-luring lamp which is excellent in radiation performance and can emit light efficiently.SOLUTION: An LED fish-luring lamp 10 includes: a light emission part 1 having one or a plurality of LED light sources 11； a power source part for turning on the LED light sources 11； and a heat radiation part for air cooling the LED light sources 11. The heat radiation part includes: a rear heat radiation fin provided on a rear side of the light emission part 1； and a lateral heat radiation fin 32 provided on both lateral sides of the light emission part 1. The lateral heat radiation fin 32 includes a ventilation path 33 for ventilation from the front side to the rear side of the light emission part 1.
