The present invention discloses an improved sanitary article (10) comprising an integrated disposal bag (11). The disposal bag can be wrapped inside out over a soiled sanitary article when being attached to the sanitary article body (10) thereby protecting a user from contamination from the soiled sanitary article (10). Further, the present invention comprises also a method of removing a soiled sanitary article (10) being in use according to the present invention.
