CONSTITUTION: A vegetable soft capsule shell composition contains 2-50 parts by weight of starch lysate, 10-350 parts by weight of carageenan, 10-450 parts by weight of plasticizer, and 3-30 parts by weight. The modifier starchy is hydroxyl propyl etherified starch, oxidation-degenerated starch, or oxidation alpha-starch. The starch lysate is potato dextrin, tapioca dextrin, corn dextrin, or glutinous corn dextrin. The plasticizer is glycerin, sorbitol, oligosaccharides, or crystalline fructose. The soft capsule contains the vegetable soft capsule shell composition.
