Disclosed herein are a cosmetic composition in form of oil-in-water emulsion comprises: (i) at least one structuring agent with a melting point of greater than or equal to 50℃, (ii) at least one structuring agent with a melting point of less than or equal to 45℃, (iii) at least one amino acid surfactant； (iv) at least one non-ionic surfactant of ester type, comprising a mixture of at least one monounsaturated ester and at least one polyglyceryl diester； and (v) at least one acidic cosmetic active ingredient and a method for caring for the skin, comprising the application to the skin of said cosmetic composition.L'invention concerne une composition cosmétique se présentant sous la forme d'une émulsion huile dans eau et comprenant : (I) au moins un agent structurant présentant un point de fusion supérieur ou égal à 50 °C, (ii) au moins un agent structurant présentant un point de fusion inférieur ou égal à 45 °C, (iii) au moins un tensioactif à base d'acides aminés ； (iv) au moins un tensioactif non ionique de type ester, comprenant un mélange d'au moins un ester monoinsaturé et d'au moins un diester de polyglycéryle ； et (v) au moins un principe actif cosmétique acide, et un procédé de soin de la peau, comprenant l'application sur la peau de ladite composition cosmétique.
