The purpose of the present invention is to diagnose rhinitis by an application through a voice analysis to solve a problem that a rhinitis state is not checked if a person does not go to the hospital even though the number of rhinitis patients is increased during the change of seasons, and chronic rhinitis frequently occurs and terribly empyema or otitis media occurs when allergic rhinitis is not treated at a right time.
