PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder capable of extruding liquid food filled in a bag without damaging the bag.SOLUTION: A winder 10 is to wind a flexible bag 20 having an outlet 21 for liquid food filled in the bag. The winder 10 includes a bar 30 around which the bag 20 can be wound, a gripping member 40 provided on one end side in the longitudinal direction 6 of the bar 30, and a transmission mechanism 50 provided to at least one of the bar 30 and the gripping member 40 for transmitting rotation torque around the longitudinal direction 6 of the gripping member 40 to the bar 30.
