The present invention relates to an apparatus of measuring a tissue size inserted into a catheter. The apparatus includes a body part inserted into a catheter to enter a body and extended in a longitudinal direction, a measurement part which includes a plurality of contact parts which are configured to move back and forth at a predetermined angle with respect to the body part at one end of the body part, and has the ends of the plurality of contact parts which gradually increase a distance from the body part toward a radial direction as the measurement part moves forth, and a forward and backward movement part which is provided at the other end of the body part and configured to manipulate the forward and backward movement of the measurement part. According to the present invention, the apparatus of measuring a tissue size inserted into a catheter can be applied to a small-diameter catheter.
