PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for bundling waste straws of a combine harvester, which unloads bundled straws with maintaining fixed intervals even when increasing the treated amount of unloaded straws per unit time of a waste straw release apparatus and rotates a guide rod even without using a complicated electric apparatus.SOLUTION: In the apparatus 10 for bundling waste straws of a combine harvester 1, which bundles and unloads each fixed amount of waste straws conveyed backward by a waste straw conveying apparatus 2 after threshing at the rear part of a machine body, the apparatus 10 includes a bundling rod 11 for receiving waste straws, the guide rod 12 that is arranged above the bundling rod 11 and guides waste straws toward the bundling rod 11 and an opening and closing drive means 13 for opening and closing the guide rod 12 and/or the bundling rod 11.
