A transparent liquid cleansing composition containing the following components (A),(B),(C) and (D): (A) 10 to 35% by weight of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 8 or more, (B) 10 to 40% by weight of oil having a viscosity of 15mPa . s or less at 30 ℃, (C) 20 to 60% by weight of a water-soluble solvent, and (D) 5 to 50% by weight of water, wherein a total content of the components (C) and (D) is 40 to 70% by weight.The transparent liquid cleansing composition is provided, which gives substantially no oily feeling during use, can raise waterproof mascara rapidly, and is washed off without an oily feeling.本發明的透明液狀卸妝劑組成物係含有下述成分(A)、(B)、(C)及(D):(A)HLB8以上的非離子界面活性劑10~35質量%;(B)30℃下的黏度在15mPa.s以下之油劑10~40質量%;(C)水溶性溶劑20~60質量%;(D)水5~50質量%;成分(C)與成分(D)的合計含有量係40~70質量%。在使用中毫無油膩感,能快速使防水睫毛膏浮起,並可無油膩感地洗去。
