The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an inhibitor of oxidized phospholipids as an active ingredient for preventing or treating immune diseases. It is confirmed that oxidized phospholipids activate inflammasome and caspase-1, and improve expression and secretion of interleukin-1&beta； (IL-1&beta；). Accordingly, the inhibitor of oxidized phospholipids can be utilized as a medicine for immune diseases causing overexpression or oversecretion. Additionally, the present invention can provide a method for inducing expression of interleukin-1&beta； (IL-1&beta；) in a test tube and a method for effectively screening the medicine for immune disease causing overexpression or oversecretion of interleukin-1&beta； (IL-1&beta；).본 발명은 산화 인지질 억제제를 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역질환 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 산화 인지질이 염증조절복합체를 활성화시키고, caspase-1을 활성화시켜, 인터루킨-1베타(IL-1β)의 발현 및 분비를 증가시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 산화 인지질 억제제는 인터루킨-1베타(IL-1β)의 과발현 또는 과분비가 문제되는 면역 질환의 치료제로 활용 가능할 것이며, 나아가 본 발명은 시험관 내에서 인터루킨-1베타(IL-1β)의 발현을 유도하는 방법과 인터루킨-1베타(IL-1β)의 과발현 또는 과분비가 문제되는 면역 질환의 치료제를 스크리닝하는 효과적인 방법을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
