The present invention relates to a suction device with a light irradiation function. The suction device comprises: a suction body part having a container structure opened downward, including a low output laser diode which irradiates light downwards inside the container structure, including a suction tube which is connected to the inside of the container structure, and including a temperature sensor which measures the internal temperature; a brim part which protrudes along the lower edge of the suction body part, and includes a near infrared LED radiating light downwards from the protruding bottom surface thereof; a suction motor part which has a motor structure connected to the suction tube, and includes a pressure sensor for measuring pressure; and a control part connected to the suction motor part and a light irradiation means. When a negative pressure load is reduced in the pressure sensor or a temperature of 40C or higher is measured in the temperature sensor, the control part turns off the laser diode which is being operated, so that the light of the laser diode is not irradiated to another human body from the suction body part separated from a human body or the temperature caused by the laser diode is not increased to a specific temperature or more. Thus, the usage safety is improved. By applying light irradiation and a negative pressure load to the human body which is close to the opened lower part of the suction body part and by applying light irradiation to the human body under the brim part, the blood flow is increased by the light irradiation of the body part under the brim part as well as the body part under the suction body part to which the negative pressure load is continuously applied.
