Provided is an automatic suture hook device with a cutting function. More particularly, the automatic suture hook device comprises: a body of which a moving hole is formed on one side and a first projection hole is formed at the front surface； a needle part arranged inside the body, protruding to the first projection hole； a slide body which adhere to the front surface of the body while sliding from one side of the body to the front surface or rear surface of the body through the moving hole； a sliding part arranged inside the body, sliding the needle part arranged inside the body to outside of the body； and a first trigger arranged at the bottom of the rear surface of the body, operating the sliding part arranged inside the body. Thus, the automatic suture hook device can conduct a surgery in the case of a strabismus surgery which is hard to secure a clear view during the surgery without risks of boring a hole in scleral, and can reduce duration of the surgery by fixating a suture and cutting extraocular muscle attached to an eyeball with a single operation.본 발명은 일측면에는 이동홀이 형성되고, 전단에는 제1돌출홀이 형성되는 본체； 상기 본체의 내부에 구비되며, 상기 제1돌출홀로 돌출되는 바늘부； 상기 이동홀을 통해 상기 본체의 일측면에서 상기 본체의 전단 또는 후단으로 슬라이드 이동하면서 상기 본체의 전단과 밀착되는 슬라이드 몸체； 상기 본체의 내부에 구비되며, 상기 본체의 내부에 구비되는 상기 바늘부를 상기 본체의 외부로 슬라이드 이동시키는 슬라이드부； 및 상기 본체의 후단 하부에 구비되며, 상기 본체의 내부에 구비되는 상기 슬라이드부를 동작시키는 제1트리거를 포함하는 절개 기능을 가지는 자동 봉합 훅 기구를 제공한다.따라서, 수술 시 시야확보가 어려운 사시 수술에서 공막 천공 위험 없이 수술을 진행할 수 있고, 한 번의 조작으로 봉합사의 고정 및 안구에 붙어있는 외안근의 절개가 가능하여 수술 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.
